CNC Programmer
Pay: $27-$29 hour
Shift: 1st shift (flexible start/end time)
Work Site: Wayland, MI
Responsibilities:
- Program from solid models or blueprints.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Work closely with a team to refine machining processes.
- Uphold quality control measures.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Mentor peers, sharing knowledge and skills, especially in CNC machining best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest in CNC machining and software advancements.
- Ability to effectively problem solve.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CAM programming is required. Master CAM would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Hurco CNC mills and Mazak CNC lathes is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances, (GD&T).
